Winemakers Note

A delightful wine with a pale staw colour and a gentle spritz. Its delicate sweetness is complemented by flavours of mandarine, white peach and ripe lychee, along with perfumed musk and distinct spring blossom. With a slight spritz, the wine is irresitibly refreshing and zesty. Serve well chilled and enjoy while young and vibrant.

Vintage

2024 was not your average vintage. Harvest began at the end of February and was completed just four weeks later. But despite the vintage being short and compressed, each vineyard ripened in a nice orderly fashion. Whites from 2024 have a purity to them, with pristine fruit, crisp acid and a long fine finish.

Winemaking

It is made like a white wine, pressed off skins and fermented slowly and at low temperatures to preserve the delicate fruit character. The wine is then chilled to stop fermentation, filtered and bottled with CO2 fizz to produce the classic lightly spritzed and highly aromatic Moscato style.
